2025. gada 8. maijā Londonā piedalīties izstādē "Woman's Essence Show" sabrauca aptuveni 70 lēdijas no dažādām pasaules valstīm, kas bija tērpušās sarkanā toņu gammā ne vien tāpēc, lai pašas izceltos, bet gan lai pievērstu uzmanību mākslinieču sieviešu lomai mūsdienu mākslas pasaulē. Katrai no viņām ir savs unikāls stāsts, savs mākslinieciskais rokraksts, atšķirīga pieredze, bet viņas vieno nepārvarama vēlme radīt dažkārt pat ļoti sarežģītos apstākļos.
Šīs izstādes mākslas kritiķes, Venēcijas bienāles kuratores Vivianas Vanuči vārdiem sakot: "Šo mākslinieču darbus kā sarkans pavediens caurvij cerība, ka mākslai reiz būs sievietes vārds".
On May 8 2025 in London, around 70 ladies from various countries came together to take part in the “Woman’s Essence Show” exhibition organized annually by MUSA International Art Space
Dressed in various shades of red, not only to shine individually, but to draw attention to the role of women artists in today’s art world. Each of them brought a unique story, their own artistic style, and diverse experiences — all united by a deep desire to create, often under challenging conditions.
As stated by art critic and Venice Biennale curator Viviana Vannucci, who is also the author of the artist texts in this exhibition’s catalogue, the works of these artists are connected by a red thread of HOPE — the hope that one day, art will bear a woman’s name.
